Hanesbrands: Part-Time Key Holder
The successful candidate for this position will oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring that customer service and sales goals are met. The Retail Assistant Manager must uphold company policies, monitor cash flow and make strategic recommendations to the store manager.
• Provide support to the marketing coordinator and retail manager.
• Ensure all store displays, signage, and advertisements conform to standards.
• Inventory store supplies and equipment.
• Order new inventory and merchandise as needed.
• Answer questions and concerns of customers.
• Assist with sales techniques and procedures as needed.
• Maintain order and cleanliness among employees during work hours.
