Center Amenities
ATM: An ATM is conveniently located in Customer Service, Suite 150.
Accessibility Parking: Handicap accessible parking is available throughout our center.
Bus Check-In: Group tours are always welcome at Outlets & Marketplace Williamsburg! All tour coordinators are asked to call Customer Service at (319)-668-2885 to reserve your time slot. Groups of 15 or more will be asked to check-in at the Lee Wrangler Clearance Center upon arrival for complimentary coupon books.
Restrooms: Restroom areas are located in Customer Service, Suite 150, Middle Commons, between Suite 116 & 117 & South Commons, located next to Suite 509.
Family Restrooms: We want your family to be comfortable at Outlets & Marketplace Williamsburg. Our Family Restroom is located in the Middle Commons area, between Suite 116 & 117. A private and comfortable Mother’s Nursing Room is also located in the Middle Commons area, sponsored by Compass Memorial Healthcare.
Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the shopping center.
Mobile Device Charging Station: Get recharged at our FREE and convenient mobile device charging station located in the Middle Commons, between Suite 116 & 117. Bring your own cord and plug in to one of the several available USB ports.
Pet Friendly: Most stores at Outlets & Marketplace Williamsburg are pet friendly! Bring your pup out for a day of shopping. Just look for the pet-friendly paw print on the window to see which retailers welcome pets.

Amazon Lockers: Get your next Amazon delivery sent right to Outlets & Marketplace Williamsburg! Amazon lockers offer a self-service package pickup that’s convenient and secure. By having your package delivered to Outlets & Marketplace Williamsburg, you can pick up your Amazon package on your next shopping excursion or whenever it’s convenient for you!
How to use the Amazon Locker
- Select the Amazon locker location at Outlets & Marketplace Williamsburg (Karan) as your shipping address during the checkout process.
- Once your package is delivered to the locker, you’ll receive an email notification that your package is available for pick-up.
- When you arrive to collect your package, stand near (within 10 ft. of) the locker and open the Amazon app. Make sure your Bluetooth is on and allow notifications from Amazon. A pick-up package button will appear. Select it.
- The locker with your package inside will automatically open.
There’s no additional cost to use an Amazon locker. Standard shipping rates will apply. Free two-day shipping will still work for Amazon Prime members.
